What personal data do we process, and why?

1. Demo appointments via Calendly

When you book a demo via the “Book a demo” button, you are redirected to the external platform Calendly. Calendly processes your name, email address and any other details you enter (such as phone number or company name) to manage the appointment and send a confirmation.

Purpose: handling your demo request and contact ahead of a possible collaboration. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); once an agreement is reached, performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2. Direct contact via email or phone

When you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide yourself (name, email address, phone number, content of your message). Purpose: answering and following up on your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Technical data — hosting and fonts

On every visit, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, timestamp) in access logs for operation and security. The website loads fonts via Adobe Fonts (Typekit), which passes your IP address to Adobe — technically necessary for correct rendering. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. What we do not process

  • We place no tracking or analytics cookies.
  • We use no ad networks or social-media pixels.
  • We collect no data via forms on this website.
  • The OS detection for the download buttons happens entirely in your browser and is never sent to our servers.
